The first days of the new year, after the adrenaline fueled hustle and bustle of the holiday season has subsided, are usually a sobering time used to reflect on what you accomplished in the previous year, and to set goals for the year which is just beginning. Now, we are not talking here about New Year's resolutions or horoscope predictions. The former usually get abandoned pretty quickly while the latter are not worth more than a good laugh. What we have in mind is re-evaluating what you did right in your lives and businesses and where you went wrong, and setting realistic goals and expectations for the blank slate that the new year presents.
Of course, the mandatory tax filing sometimes puts a bit of a somber tint on such new year musings. Still, the time is right to reminisce and re-evaluate, and with that in mind, here is a brief recap of what we at hART Sense Design accomplished in 2014 and what we are hoping to accomplish in 2015. But before we go on, we want to wish all of you, our readers, followers, customers, and friends, a very Happy and Prosperous New Year. Here is to the new beginnings!
Yes, we did have fireworks in Rapid City on New Years Eve, but they didn't look anything like the ones in the picture above. Still, they provided a great way to celebrate the old and anticipate the new.

Yes, the old year definitely had its challenges, but those who would succeed learn from their mistakes and challenges turning them into stepping stones for something new.
