IIntercity Transit hosts Greyhound at the Olympia Transit Center, providing regional and national bus transportation options to South Puget Sound residents. Passengers can purchase Greyhound tickets in person using a credit card at the customer service counter and ship and receive packages via Greyhound starting January 15, 2022.

Greyhound and Intercity Transit Customer Service is located at 205 Franklin Street in Olympia and is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week. The Customer Service entrance is located on Olympia Ave.

In addition to the added services, recent enhancements to Olympia Transit Center include:

  • New ADA accessible sidewalks and ramps along State Avenue and Washington Street.
  • New pathways to improve pedestrian circulation and safe passage to the main bus platform.
  • Updated lighting, benches and amenities.
  • Updated landscaping.

“It’s exciting to see these improvements come to fruition. Together, they bring to life the vision of an accessible public transit system that expands travel options to destinations near and far,” said Ann Freeman-Manzanares, Chief Executive Officer of Intercity Transit. “We are proud to partner with Greyhound to make this possible for our community.”
